Native to Southern California, Ted has enjoyed 22 years of marketing and advertising experience. After graduating from Orange Coast College in Marketing/Advertising Ted earned his BA in Communications/Advertising from California State University, Fullerton. Starting out with advertising sales at the school newspaper, Ted has worked with two different magazine publishers, the Orange County Register newspaper and Advo Direct Marketing, as well as 21st Century Resources Employer Management Services as the sales & marketing manager.

Ted enjoys Lakers basketball, New York Giants football and New York Yankees baseball. An avid music fan, Ted enjoys going to concerts and keeping up his music collection. He also enjoys brushing up on his culinary skills, playing basketball, traveling and photography.

Steve grew up in Southern California, where he currently resides. He attended the University of Central Arkansas in 1988-1992, while also playing semi-professional soccer as a goalie. After college, Steve served in the United States Air Force as a dental laboratory technician. Following his service in the armed forces, Steve pursued a career in sales and has been selling for the past 13 years. Steve has been with MPA Media since 2007. Steve has a wife and son and enjoys USC college football games, soccer, and swimming.

Joann is from the Seattle, Washington area and has lived in the Los Angeles area since 1981. She comes to MPA Media from Network Solutions. Joann has worked in the security industry and in online advertising sales. She enjoys spending quality time with her family as well as hiking, bike riding, exercise, and listening to great jazz.

Karen Klatt is the newest addition to the MPA Media staff of experts. She got her start in radio advertising and has been in alternative healthcare media sales and marketing for twenty five years. She has been focused specifically on the chiropractic market for the past nineteen years, advising and consulting with clients as well as assisting in marketing projects, helping everyone from small companies just starting out to college presidents. Her list of friends, acquaintances and associates is a virtual who's who in the chiropractic industry. She has cultured many wonderful relationships in the chiropractic community over the years and is married to a chiropractor.

Karen hails from Knoxville, Tennessee. She and her husband enjoy camping, mountain biking, kayaking and hiking as well as spending time with their three grandkids. Whatever she is doing at any given time, she and her husband are always looking for opportunities to introduce people to chiropractic and the chiropractic lifestyle.
